Tyson Fury: The Boxing Record
Tyson Fury has been one of the most notable boxers of the past decade, the man is a heavyweight monster who’s defeated all of his opponents. Fury returns to the ring this June to take on an opponent who hasn’t been confirmed yet but I am hoping it’s Dillian Whyte but that’s just me. Anyway, it’s time to get into the boxing record of Tyson Fury.
Fury’s first fight was against Béla Gyöngyösi in December 2008. Fury beat him in the first round and then would go onto defeat several other fighters before eventually becoming 10-0.
Tyson Fury would fight John McDermott for the second time of his career but this time the vacant English Heavyweight championship. Fury beat McDermott in the 9th round by TKO and the rise of Fury was upon us.
In his 15th professional fight, Tyson Fury was up against Derick Chisora and Fury won to claim the British & Commonwealth heavyweight title.
Fury kept his winning ways and then fought Wladimir Klitschko - without a doubt, his biggest challenge yet. Fury won by unanimous decision and went into hibernation. It’s time to wake him up because on June 9th, it’s the dawn of fury.
