Tuesday Night Bischoff is now upon us! Paul Heyman had a hand in making Monday's episode of RAW a good one, so now it's time to see what Eric Bischoff has planned for Smackdown Live! Did he do as good of a job as Paul Heyman? Let's find out!

Show opened with the Kevin Owens Show segment featuring guests Drew McIntyre and Shane McMahon. They talk about The Undertaker as KO shows footage of Shane and Drew taking off from the ring as Taker made his entrance on RAW. Shane and Drew claim they're not afraid of Taker, and that they will end him and Roman Reigns at Extreme Rules. Dolph Ziggler arrives as he was again trying to convince Shane that he should compete for the WWE Championship. KO gets angry and starts arguing with Ziggler, claiming that he should earn another shot at the WWE Championship. Shane turns that down, but comes up with an idea of his own. He pairs up Ziggler and KO to take on Heavy Machinery for later in the show and if they would win, they will be added to the Smackdown Tag Team Championships match at Extreme Rules and it'll become a Triple Threat Tag match!

Daniel Bryan Vs. Big E

Fine match here as it was all action between both guys. Bryan used any bit of his technical ability to try to put E down, but the power of E couldn't be detained for any long. Big E comes back, building momentum. Rowan was outside of the ring where as the referee was distracted by Bryan, Rowan took it upon himself to attack E and Xavier Woods both. E was then back in the ring where Bryan delivers the Running Knee for the win!

A Moment of Bliss segment was next as this time Nikki Cross was the host for the show! First thing I would like to say, I just love Nikki's accent. Her guest was Smackdown Women's Champion Bayley and that was interesting enough. Nikki asks Bayley questions involving her "friend" Alexa Bliss and Bayley pretty much answered them insulting Bliss. Nikki wasn't happy about any of this and challenges Bayley to a match, fighting for Alexa's honor. Bayley accepts then Nikki sprints to the ring, awaiting for the impromptu match to take place.

Bayley Vs. Nikki Cross

Standard match here as Nikki was looking forward to beating Bayley yet again. Bayley wasn't gonna let that happen as she brought a little bit of competition to Cross. Bayley executes the Bayley to Belly Suplex for the win!

Mustafa Ali cuts a quick promo about himself chasing the WWE Championship. I actually enjoyed this as we saw some passion come from Ali.

Samoa Joe and WWE Champion Kofi Kingston have a face to face as they prepare for their WWE Championship match at Extreme Rules. Samoa Joe claims that Kofi is using the fans for his success, even including the New Day. He also attempts to insult his family to get under his skin. Kofi wasn't buying it and rebuttals by saying that Joe is jealous of him because of his success. He also claims that Joe will never have a Wrestlemania moment like he did this year. Joe extends his hand for a handshake, but again Kofi wasn't buying it so instead of shaking his hand, he flips him off! Joe's pissed at this point and tries to attack Kofi but gets nailed by the Trouble in Paradise!

Andrade Vs. Apollo Crews

This match was good I actually enjoyed it mainly because we got to see a little bit more of what Apollo can do in the ring. Andrade's a great opponent to show off your skills with so I wasn't shocked that they had a good match. Apollo was outside of the ring when Zelina Vega leaps off the apron to execute a Hurricanrana on him! Referee was distracted so he didn't see it happened so Andrade took this opportunity to perform the Hammerlock DDT for the win! Like I said this was a good match and I hope Apollo finally gets more opportunities to have competitive matches.

We got another Aleister Black backstage promo where he claims that last week when someone knocked on his door, turns out that no one was there. This made him laugh as he believes people are really that scared to fight him. He proposes a challenge as he wants the person who wants to fight him to reveal himself at Extreme Rules! I hope this really happens and that they're not messing with us because I'm done with these backstage promos and Aleister should be kicking some ass on Smackdown.

Ember Moon Vs. Mandy Rose

Quick match nothing too special as Ember mainly took over in this match. Sonya Deville tried to get involved but failed each time. Ember nails the Eclipse for the win!

Heavy Machinery Vs. Kevin Owens & Dolph Ziggler

Good tag match here to close out the show. Tag Champs Daniel Bryan and Rowan and The New Day were doing commentary for the match but that didn't last long as they started brawling for a bit. Rowan Clawslams Woods through New Day's announce table and that was the end of them. Match continues more as Owens and Ziggler had Tucker Knight under control. Otiz gets the hot tag and goes wild with the crowd behind him. He does the vintage Caterpillar Elbow Drop on Ziggler then goes after KO then Ziggler accidentally Superkicks KO! Heavy Machinery then nails KO with the Compactor for the win! Afterwards, KO gives Ziggler the Stunner out of frustration, officially closing out the show!

Night 1 of Eric Bischoff's Smackdown is in the books and even though it wasn't as good as RAW, I still enjoyed it for what it was. Can't wait for Eric to officially take over because I'm really interested in seeing what he has in store for the blue brand. We already know what Heyman's capable of, but with Bischoff I'm a little more intrigued.
