It's week 3 of Dynamite and the card for this show was loaded going into it! We were in for a treat as 2 Championship Matches were scheduled along with 2 Quarterfinal Matches in the Tag Team Championship Tournament. Also a very exciting Tag Match was announced as Jon Moxley and PAC went up against Hangman Adam Page and Kenny Omega! So much anticipation so let's not waste anymore time and check out the show!

Show kicked off with SCU making their entrance as they prepare to face The Best Friends in the Tag Team Title Tournament Quarterfinals when they're suddenly ambushed by the Lucha Bros! Pentagon Jr. and Fènix beat the crap out of Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian the Pentagon tops it off by hitting the Package Piledriver on Daniels on the entrance ramp! Scorpio Sky comes out but the damage was done. Daniels was hurt so bad that he was stretchered out of the arena and couldn't compete in the tag match, so Scorpio took his place.

SCU Vs. The Best Friends (AEW Tag Team Tournament; Quarter-Finals)

Good Tag match here as it was almost completely one sided since Kazarian was dealing with the effects of the beatdown by the Lucha Bros. With that being said, the MVP of the match was Scorpio Sky as he went through lengths to put on a good match! Chuckie T and Trent Beretta did their best to try to keep SCU down, but they weren't gonna go down with a fight. Trent hits Scorpio with a Superplex with an assist from Chuck and got a near fall out of it. Kazarian put up a good fight but once Scorpio came back in the mix, he went wild on the opponents! SCU put Trent away with what it looked like to be a Powerbomb/Dropkick combo for the win, and they will advance to the Semifinals against Dark Order next week!

Santana & Ortiz Vs. John Siver & Alex Runnels

Quick match as Ortiz and Santana disposed their opponents in a matter of minutes. Alex gets taken out immediately and John was mainly on his own for the match. Ortiz and Santana takes out John with the Street Sweeper for the win! Afterwards, AEW World Champion Chris Jericho appeared via titantron to congratulate his fellow Inner Circle members and also made a big announcement. Jericho announces that Ortiz and Santana has challenged The Young Bucks to a match at Full Gear! We now await the Bucks' response and if they do accept, then we're in for a hell of a Tag match at the PPV.

Riho Vs. Britt Baker

I thought this was a fine match. Britt I believe wasn't so great and Riho did her best, but the match wasn't bad though. Britt had Riho in a couple of holds in order to keep her down and tire her out a little bit. She even nailed her with a Super Kick at one point for a very close near fall! Riho, like the fighting champ that she is, fought back and started gaining momentum fast. She went to the top rope and hits a big Double Stomp onto Baker's back for a near fall and that looked like it sucked for Baker. After a couple exchanges, Baker locks Riho in the Crossface and she struggles to get out of it, so instead of breaking out of the hold she flips over and has Baker's shoulders down on the mat, successfully pinning her! Riho retains the AEW Women's World Championship and after the match the two women shook hands, but to be honest I thought Britt Baker would attack Riho of some sort because she had a look on her face like she was totally displeased of the outcome of the match.

Jurassic Express Vs. The Lucha Bros (AEW Tag Team Tournament; Quarter-Finals)

Luchasaurus was unable to compete in this match because of a hamstring injury he suffered, so Marco Stunt took his place. This was a fun match as Lucha Bros were taking their opponents to town, but they wasn't gonna go down without a fight. Marco Stunt in particular was amazing with his crazy flips into maneuvers that made the match really unique. Lucha Bros basically toyed with Marco and Jungle Boy, but they weren't beating them so easily and I think they even knew that as the match went on. They did get the upper hand at the end as Pentagon nailed Marco with the Package Piledriver for the win! Lucha Bros advances to the Semifinals against Private Party next week.

Jon Mosley & PAC Vs. Kenny Omega & Adam Page

Another good tag match that featured hard hitting action nonstop! These four guys already have some animosity against one another so this was really interesting for sure. Omega and Moxley started the match by brawling as Page and PAC battled outside of the ring. Throughout the match, Page took some crazy bumps including being tossed off the top rope and landing on the apron, you guys know as the HARDEST PART OF THE RING! PAC then takes out Page with a big dive over the top rope and things were smooth for a bit afterwards. Later on, both Page and PAC were outside of the ring again as Omega and Moxley stare each other down. Fans started to get wild up then the two start going at it! This was a total preview of what's to come at Full Gear. At one point, Moxley decides to go grab the barbed wire baseball bat while Omega grabs the barbed wire broom and they have a standoff. Omega then goes to hit Moxley but he ducks and strikes Omega in the gut with the opposite side of the bat. He then teases that he's gonna hit Omega but PAC comes in and takes the bat away from him as he doesn't want to get disqualified. This CLEARLY upsets Moxley and he decides to leave the match in fashion by first giving PAC the double birds then takes him out with the Dead Ringer! PAC is now alone and then Page takes this opportunity to finish him off with the Dead Eye for the win!

Chris Jericho (C) Vs. Darby Allin (AEW Championship)

Good main event! Right out the gate, Allin charges at Jericho as he didn't want to waste any time in capturing the gold. He takes it to Jericho by beating him with the kendo stick and even his own skateboard! Jericho of course retaliates and gives it back to Allin by beating him with the skateboard himself. Jericho had the advantage at this point and decided to get a little more creative. He grabs a roll of duct tape and tapes Allin's hands behind his back! Now surely, we all thought that Darby would be in trouble but nope, he took this time to execute some incredible maneuvers by taking Jericho out with a Corkscrew Moonsault and even a Suicide Senton Dive outside of the ring! Mind you, he's doing this with his hands behind his back! Finally Darby climbs to the top rope when suddenly Jake Hager appears and knocks him off. Jericho sees this and takes advantage by applying the Liontamer onto Allin and he had no choice but to give up. Chris Jericho retains the AEW World Championship and he then celebrates with The Inner Circle as they all have some bubbly to enjoy the victory!
