Welcome to the first episode of 5 Reasons Why and this is the debut episode so I am going to talk about why Darren Till will defeat Tyron Woodley at tonight’s UFC 228. So without going any further, I am Cameron Dunn and this is 5 Reasons Why.

Reason 1: Pressure & Close Distance Fighting

Darren Till loves to put pressure on his opponents and has never got his back against the cage he is always the aggressor and as we seen in Tyron woodley fight with Thompson he does not like to be against the cage and Darren till could take advantage to that.

Reason 2: Size Advantage

Now, this is somewhat of a controversial area to point at as an advantage for Till, as it’s a well-known fact that he struggles to hit the 170lbs limit for the Welterweight division and in fact missed weight twice recently – he only managed to make 176lbs for his May 2017 fight with Jessin Ayari and then missed by 4lbs this May against Stephen Thompson but in this bout till has crushed his weight cut and is ready to fight for the championship tonight and there is a 0% chance he could over power the gorilla.

Reason 3: Till Believes His Skills

Tills believes his skills - Till’s confidence comes off very differently to say, the wild self-promotion of a Chael Sonnen, and it’s even a contrast to the braggadocios, trash-talking style of McGregor himself. ‘The Gorilla’ never comes off like he’s trying to sell himself to the fans as such – he simply appears to be totally, 100% confident that he’s got the skills to take out any man he faces. It’s why, when he yells that he’s not afraid of anyone, that it’s totally believable.

Reason 4: Striking Advantage

Reason 4: Darren’s striking advantage - we all know that Tyron Woodley has unbelievable power in his hands but how is he going to keep up with Darren tills pace. Darren may not have one punch ko power but he can sure put a combo on Tyron just as fast as Tyron can throw an overhand.

Reason 5: Cardio

I think the crucial round will be the third. If it gets to a decision. Woodley will hang back and if he can remind Till how powerful he is, Till might hang back. That is what will get us to a decision. Till will try and push the pace and force Woodley to work. It’s going to cause a knockout for Till because Woodley will open himself up to Till for the opportunity to finish him after being worn out.
